Sarah Hirsch

Sarah Hirsch is a Social Science Research Professional at Stanford’s Center for Health Policy, where she implements IT-based quantitative research approaches with Jeremy Goldhaber-Fiebert and David Studdert on projects that examine the intersection of health, public security, and/or equity issues. Before coming to Stanford, she acted as a data scientist and policy analyst in the areas of firearms trafficking, international security cooperation, and security sector administration after receiving a MSc in Public Administration and Policy from the Center for Research and Teaching in Economics in Mexico City, Mexico. She has given a number of conference talks and interviews on these topics, as well as published several articles for popular audiences. She holds a BA from Rutgers University.
